•  If you register to be sent air quality data to your email address we use this information to identify you and to send you the information you have requested. We may also use the information collected from you when you choose to download any data from the site to improve the level, and relevancy of the information provided.

•  If you register to recommend the site to a colleague, we use this information to identify you, we also send your name and contact details (email address) to the person to whom you are recommending the site so that they are fully aware of where the email has originated and that they are not receiving SPAM. We do not store this information, it is only used for the purpose of sending the original recommendation and then it is deleted.

This will delete all information we hold for you.
